Qatar's Communications Regulatory Authority looking for feedback

It is a fair statement to say that most of us have either had to use the postal service in Qatar, or send and receive to and from friends and family abroad. However, as with any service, there is always room for improvement when it comes to these tasks, which are an absolute must in our daily lives.
The Communications Regulatory Authority or CRA regulates the Telecommunications and Information Technology sector, Postal sector and access to digital media across the state of Qatar. They are here to protect the rights of consumers whilst maintaining the needs of service providers to ensure a fair balance between both parties.
Now the CRA are reaching out to residents of Qatar to provide feedback on postal and courier services in Qatar via their CRA Questionnaire. Click the link below to have your say.

The CRA offers consumers the ability to lodge any service complaints related to telecom services they may have directly, and easily online, even explaining in detail how your complaint will be processed. Furthermore, once the postal law is implemented, CRA will also handle postal complaints.
Amongst a host of other services, there is also the option to submit your customs clearance for any equipment you may be bringing into the country, complete with the applicable fees and downloadable documents you will need to know about. There is even an option to register a new web domain here in Qatar - if you are looking to startup a local site.
The CRA website is also a handy reference guide to knowing your rights and those of the service providers within Qatar, including the current guidelines on advertising, branding and marketing.
