at least guys in construction field have a fixed day off on Friday's I believe. But we in medical industry [health centers/clinics/pharmacy] have no weekly off. My health center is open 365 days a year, with just me n my colleague to look after our dept. So it's either him or me.. working alternate Friday's n getting just 2 days off a month, no EID holidays as well.

May be this is the reality of retail/customer service industry...like it or hate it!

As usual Private ppl having 3 days holidays , on top of that, our main contractor advised to just do off first day of Eid then second day resume duty.

Why Construction ppl always suffered ... no relax, no life , no enjoymemt , no health..just passing live for sake of money and even less salary than Others
