ü  Preparing Sales Orders, Stock Updating, Picking List, Invoices and Credit Notes On daily basis.

ü  Booking of Financial Credit Notes relating to Short Expiry, Display Agreements.

ü  Updating the Goods Return Vouchers from the market in the system.

ü  Van Sales Operations.

ü  Schedule the Market deliveries.

ü  Stock maintained

ü  Quality assurance checks are completed and maintained.

ü  Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order.

ü  Provide leadership and controlling the team of Logistics Drivers and helpers.

ü  Updating Inventory Controller about the Slow moving normal & Promo Items and ensuring necessary action been taken.

ü  Ensuring FEFO is followed by the stock pickers while they pick items for market delivery.

ü  Ensuring picking of stock is done as per the picking list itself and is of the exact quantity.

ü  Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.

ü  Developing, leading and executing Purchasing strategies.

ü  Tracking and reporting key functional metrics reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

ü  Communicate with prospective vendors to determine terms and availability.

ü  Process purchase orders and requisitions for product.

ü  Monitor daily market fluctuations.

ü  Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

ü  To Support the Supply chain department in purchasing of goods to agreed quality standards.

ü  Negotiating & purchasing of the goods for both local and international suppliers in close co-ordination with the head of supply chain.

ü  Development of new supplier to ensure there are at least 2 alternative sources of supply for each items.
