Change of Qatar ID Card Status for the Second Time

Dear All,

Please i have a question.- I was having labour status in my Qatar id which i changed to supervisor in May 2017. Now i want to change it to General Supervisor or Administrative but when i got to Ministry of Labour with all my documents, the application was rejected on the computer, the reason is that i have previously changed my status before.

How long does it take for one to change his status after first change?Is it possible to change ID status for the second time in the sane company?Has anyone has this experience before?
