Change in Name in family visit visa after approved

Hello,
Can someone tell me what is the procedure to change the name on visit visa after approved? because at the time of buying ticket qatar airways said that name is different as compare with passport... neeed help.

Just go to any of the passport & immigration office with a copy of the passport and a copy of the visa and they will do the amendment. Try not to go to the office located in Gharaffa as usually there is a big rush there.
