Description

·         Investigating Cash Breaks (overdraft charges) and Claims from external parties.

·         Analyzing fail trade report and identify the potential impact to the Fund.

·         Identifying the reason for late settlement of trades.

·         Working with Custodians, Brokers and Investment Managers to resolve the claim.

·         Organizing conference call with Investment Managers, Brokers and Custodians on weekly basis  in order to maintain good relationship with market participants.

·         Escalating claims in a suitable manner to an appropriate level.

·         Preparing outstanding claims report and send it to Investment Manager on a weekly basis.

·         Swift Knowledge: FX- MT300, MT304, MT103, MT202, MT210, MT320.              SECURITIES- MT540, MT541, MT542, MT543, MT545, MT547, MT548.

·         Knowledge of Omgeo Alert, CTM, Tradeflow, Hiport and Intellimatch Application.
