Immigration - Visa Trasnfer

I have applied for transfer visa and until now the status is still " Application Status is Deferred" . I have applied 11 days to be exact now but status is still the same? what is the meaning of this status? I already submitted the computer card and registration of my previous to the new company who have submitted the application to MOI.. Also I do not have any loan in any bank nor have been co warrantor in any transactions and do not own any vehicle. Any advice from anybody is highly appreciated...

Inform to the company to re-apply and submit only these 3 copies: employment contract from old company, form in Arabic that need to fill-up the following: your ID card, computer card both companies and your signature; make sure to be filled-up properly and the last one NOC from new company in Arabic.
