We need a full-time Inventory Coordinator for Doha Operations as we are now functional on Tally. Till date only Receipt are made, we need to go full on, where by all the GRNs and daily reconciliation and Physical Stocks have to be maintained in the system on daily basis
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DOHA INVENTORY COORDINATOR
1) Physical Stock checking has to be done in all the showrooms including Warehouse. Physical Stock counts to be entered in the Tally System Correctly.
2) Closing Stock Quantities to be Reconciled as per the Stocks entered.
3) All the goods recd in the Warehouse to be entered in the system as per the Purchase Orders raised.
4) Manually Create Locations in the Warehouse to identify the stocks kept and entering it in the System for proper handling.
5) All dispatches to be made from the particular created locations only, to ensure proper counts.
6) Everyday Invoice reconciliation to be done to ensure all the stocks and transactions done accurately.
7) Stock verification to be done on daily basis to check any item shortfall and falling negative.
8) Internal stock transfers to be verified on daily basis.
9) Checking and maintaining of stocks in the showrooms.
10) In house Produced items to be entered in the system on daily basis.
11) Raw material recd and issued in house to be entered in the system on daily basis.

*Male
*Excellent English communication skills
*Knowledgeable in Tally Accounting Software
*Must at least 3 to 4 years experience as an Accounting back ground and inventory controller
*Must be able to join immediately
