Description
Four experience as an Accountant at Doha-Qatar. Also have knowledge in Administrative and Document Controller. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies. Software: Tally ERP9, Peachtree, QuickBooks, Oracle and office application.Joining Date: Immediately (NOC Available).
Key Responsibilities: Assigning entries to proper accounts A voiding outstanding expenses and managing the petty cash. Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any invoices or payments and accounting systems. Processed paperwork for new employee and enter employee information into the payroll system along WPS, settlement and leave salary. Preparing of bank reconciliation statement. Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements reports monthly.( Cash Flow, Bills Receivable, Bills Payable, Purchase and sales report, Trial Balance, Profit & loss Account, Balance sheet) Inventory control activities on a weekly basic. Includes physically counting and investigate, document any reconcile inventory adjustment. Assess accurately and confirm to reporting and procedural standards of the reports. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Communication with suppliers and contractor regarding quotation, legislation document, sampling, delivery, complaints and other queries.
