We are a Qatar Based company owned by local , we are looking for a skilled beauty and makeup purchasing agent to buy goods and services necessary for our business . should know how to evaluate market conditions , differnt and latest trends in Beauty , must be expert in Arabic and English Language .

Job Duties :

- developing profitable purchasing strategies .

- assissing supplier profiles and analizing offers .

- prepare purchase orders obtaining approval from the head .

- obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers , monitoring and expediting orders .

- preparing and implementing effictive negotiation tactics .

- verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered , resolves shipments in errors with suppliers .

- keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents .

- provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting , analizing and summarizing data and trends .

- monitor stock level .

prepare and submit detailed reports ( revenues , buying expenditures etc )
