Reporting to Manager HR

1.       Employee filing and documentation.

2.       Maintain employee data accurately.

3.       Maintains and Update HRIS (JDE Oracle).

4.       Coordination of Staff Training and Development as well as develop training modules.

5.       Closely work with head office HR on day to day operations.

6.       Checks and updates Occupational Health Card.

7.       Conducts Orientation Programs to the new joiners

8.       Coordinates with Store Managers and Area Managers regarding staff recruitment, discipline and other employee queries

9.       Extending support to Finance Department in terms of Payroll and attendance.

10.   Track all ID expiry dates and renewal and monitors visa renewal and cancellation papers

11.   Coordination with head office for end to End Recruitment.

12.   Maintaining and managing employee vacation and resignation.
