Red Bull Car Park Drift 2018 - Qatar Qualifier
This is no underground drift club. If anything, this is as high-profile as drifting can get. Thundering engines and twirling tires are bound for Qatar on Februray 23 2018.
Buckle up cause there’s plenty of reasons to be excited for this year’s Red Bull Car Park Drift, held under the support and supervision of Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF), and in partnership with Vodafone Qatar, Losail Circuit Sports Club, TOTAL, and Falken Tyres.
None other than the legendary Abdo Feghali will be back on-ground to turn-up the heat and burn plenty of rubber. For the drifters, he’ll be chief supervisor. For fans; let’s just say he’ll be a super human smoke machine.
“It’s going to be a really exciting and special year for us all as we’re celebrating 10 years of Car Park Drift. We’re looking forward to take the series finale back to where it all started, in Lebanon,” said Feghali.
Rules are simple; impress the judges to build up the highest number of points around the obstacles and in each of the categories including; skill, car design, sound and tire smoke.
With the drift course being setup at the Losail Circuit Sports Club, drifters will have more space than ever to bring out their best and push their cars to the absolute limit.
Top up your tanks for an exciting weekend at the Losail Circuit Sports Club from 7:00 p.m. till 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Februrary 23, 2018.
