A NOC/DC maintenance professional with 2 plus years of experience in switching, routing, firewall configurations, network monitoring, trouble shooting, maintenance and project implementation. Also experienced with IP phone, Wi-Fi, IP-TV, DC/IDF room Racking, Stacking, Cabling and other network devices installations and configurations. Covering Network Operating Centre (NOC) monitoring experienced with different tools like Nagios, Solarwinds, SCOM, and MRTG.

● Strong Layer 2/ Layer 3 routing/switching knowledge ● Strong understanding of multiple routing & switching protocols ● Experience in NOC operations and process management ● Perform DC/IDF Room Racking, Stacking, Cabling, Commissioning and initial configuration activities ● Troubleshooting network related issues remotely and keeping record of these issues by regularly updating it in CRM application and thereby providing the customer an error free environment ● Knowledge of ASISTA and BEAMON Ticket tools ● Superior analytical and problem-solving skills ● Reads and understands shop drawings and specifications. ● Customer Service oriented, maintaining professional Client Relationships ● Excellent time management skills ● Ability to adapt to industry developments and new technologies ● Highly self-motivated, requiring no special training/coaching ● Superior written and verbal communication skills in the English language ● Works well under pressure ● Current Cisco CCNA (CSCO13080171
