Biryani has always been a favourite dish for many in Qatar, and it's honestly no surprise. Whether you're a sworn meat eater or a vegetarian, this culinary delight rarely fails to please, when it's made right.

Luckily for anyone with a biryani problem/addiction, Hotel Park (by Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel) is hosting a Biryani Festival from the 7th till the 10th of February.

The festival will feature a number of restaurant and independent stalls celebrating this mouthwatering treat, so save the date!

We'll keep you updated.

Actually I visited yesterday with my family. Only my kids ate biryani from this stall and later after 3 to 4 hrs my daughter and son started vomiting and at Hamad they were diagnosed with food poisoning. Alhamdulillah they are fine now but we had a very stressful night yesterday. I don't wanna blame any one here but trying to collect the facts before reaching any conclusions.

The Biryani may be delicious but what about the cost? I believe these are places for the haves.
