medical commission qatar

i have brought my family under family visa , so we done the medical test during test 10 xray taken in different angle of my wife , my wife currently not having any medical problem,result under process however if they found somthing in her chest (TB , pneumonia etc) so what will be next step , and can i process childerns rp without waiting wifes medical report
