Terminated ,no NOC ,exit qatar,with bank loan
I was terminated from my job.I have a bank loan and cc from cbq.Now my company is not giving NOC for me to transfer company so i will able able to pay my loan.Instead my company issue a exit for me asap so that bank will not be aware that im terminated.They advise me not to inform bank and exit together with my family.My visa was cancel but because i exit doha withour bank knowing i fail to cancel my bank account.My service benefits of 66k was deposit to my account and i was freeze.Now does my gratuity will break even my loan and bank will not file case on me.Can i enter qatar without me ending to jail.I wish to work again in doha .Please advise me on what to do.Another question i have a job offer in oman,will there be problem on issuance of work visa on me because of my bank loan in qatar?
Surprised, after all this you again want to go to Hell (Doha). You will be in Jail for sure. Also, don't expect fair judgement from court. Refrain from going there
No issue to work in Oman..their systems are not interconnected.
If you have pending loan in Qatar...definitely you are blacklisted and they will catch you at airport. Dont even transit through Qatar. But you have good intention to pay and even if they arrest you, keep the repayment money ready and I have full confidence in Qatar court.
