LEGAL SPECIALIST (CONTRACTS & LEGAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION)

This is an opportunity for you to serve as the leader of the project's component focusing on development of the contract and commercial law framework and systems and improvement of the functioning of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Advanced degree in a relevant field required • Minimum 10 years' experience working in the areas of contract law, alternative dispute resolution, and/or enforcement of judgments • Experience interacting with host-government agencies and the private sector • Understanding of business environment enabling practices, commercial law, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity • English fluency required • Arabic fluency preferred
