I'm an IT Support Engineer with through hands-on experience in all level of testing, I have 3+ years excellent professional experience in IT, extensive practical experience and knowledge  in IT system support and administration, manage group IT infrastructure which includes windows servers, email systems, IP Network, network security appliances, application servers (SharePoint 2010), gradually increasing responsibilities and have always performed my duties to the utmost satisfaction of my superiors. Duties and Responsibilities:

 1. Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Desktop Computers, Laptops, Windows Servers 2003/2008R2, LAN, Switches, Router.

2. Active Directory support (Creating, editing Group policies, users, groups).

3. Setup and maintain Application server ( SharePoint2010).

4. Support ERP and SAP system.

5. Maintaining the Telephone call Monitoring system
