SALARY NOT GETTING ON CORRECT TIME

HI ALL.

WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES FOR CHANGING JOBS IN QATAR IF SALARY IS NOT GETTING ON CORRECT TIME..iS THAT LAW IMPLEMENTED IN QATAR.?

I HAVE A FIXED TERM CONTRACT WITH MY COMPANY WHICH IS TWO YEAR AND I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE COMPANY BEFORE MY CONTRACTS ENDS.SALARY LATE IS THE MAIN PROBLEM.IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO CHANGE THE SPONSORSHIP BEFORE CONTRACT ENDS?
