•  Communicate with vendors for hardware acquisitions and services, request for quotations, purchase orders and ensure deliverables are met

•    Testing and supervision of cabling works done across the organization.

•      Troubleshooting desktop issues upon service desk (manage engine) requests as second level escalations

    Managing and troubleshooting multifunction printers (local/network), access control, switches and access points.

• Installing and configuring Bio-Metric Devices.

•   Troubleshooting Windows, Bootcamp, Intranet issues .

•  Troubleshooting Microsoft office or outlook (2010/2013/2016) related issues. Increasing allocated disk quotas for the users using Management Console.
