JOB PURPOSE:To identify /source appropriate products/services to establish GFM in health care and facility management business, generating volume of business through brands and health care & facility management services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. *Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that
- speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. *Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- To develop a strong customer base for GFM to achieve planned growth
- To assist the head of the division in screening, selecting personnel for GFM and assist with GFM administration
- To co ordinate with Quality Manager of the mother company on ISO implementation activities of GFM
- To devise promotion plans for products and services of GFM for product /service development
- To analyse local market conditions and up date the Head of Division for strategy planning and implementation
- To identify appropriate health care products from international manufacturers and form business relations for achieving critical volume
- To control the petty cash movement for appropriate/optimum utilization
- To provide on the job training to management trainees for meeting the resource requirement of GFM
- To prepare / present GFM along with Head of GFM to corporate customers /business channel partners
- TO ensure GFM office administration Functions are carried out for effective GFM operationTo assist with the preparation of the annual product/facility service business plan to achieve objectives
