Not granting NOC

Guys,

I am working in a company for the last 2 years. I wish to change job, but my employer is not giving me NOC. I have signed a 5 year contract. If i cancel my visa and leave qatar, can I come back after 2 years ban period or I will have to wait 3 years as only after 3 years contract gets completed ( 5 years ).

Kindly advise.

Suggest you visit National Human Rights Committee who will advise you on your issue. They know all the rules. Just like Angelo, I am not sure and as such was not commenting earlier.

I am not sure, but I think you can resign and go and come back on a new visa from your new sponsor.

From what I understand, you are trying for a visa transfer from one sponsor to the other and your current sponsor does not approve.

However, my information may not be accurate, wait for others to respond.
