Authorized Apple Service Repair Center for Saudia Hypermarket?

Hello.

Does anybody know who Saudia Hypermarket's authorized Apple service repair center is?

I purchased an iPhone 5S from them earlier this September, but a section of the screen came loose. I showed Saudia the unit, and they sent it to their authorized supplier for checkup (?). The unit is still under warranty both under Saudia and under Apple - I verified under the official "Check Apple warranty coverage" website.

The salesmen in Saudia said that the timeframe for inspecting and checking my unit is 15 - 20 days. I think that this is too much time for just this one phone, and a loose screen is not exactly a CSI investigation issue, i.e. there is no need to be unnecessarily extra-meticulous just for an old model of the iPhone. (The new iPhone 8 and 8 Plus are out now, for goodness's sake.) All they have to do is to open the unit and see what caused the loosening of the screen. The device is right in from of them.

So any useful information that you may have would be a great help to me. Thanks!
