I am a highly competetive IT professional with 2 year's work experience as an IT support in a non IT based company in Qatar.

In my current job i am responsible for resolving all technical related issues(both hardware & software) and i am the first point of call for any technical support within the company.

I have excellent communication skills to address problems over telephone or over remote access & also to address techical issues to non technical personnel.

I am a permanent resident in Qatar under my Father's sponsorship.

I have a certificate in Bachelor of Techology in Computer Science Engineering from University of Kerala, India.

I am also trained in advanced php programming and basic web development.
