CIVIL ENGINEER  WITH 7 years of experience in civil field in which 2.5 year GCC experience and 4.5 year Indian experience.Now I'm available in QATAR. Ready to join immediately

•   Involved in executing the civil & finishing work as per the approved drawing in High rise buildings.
• Timely Execution of projects like buildings, swimming pools, commercial building etc
• Inspecting the civil, finishes , waterproofing work and coordinating with electrical ,mechanical , safety, fire fighting department etc
• Making of Daily progress report and daily labour report as per the site.
• Getting clearance from MEP,Safety department etc for the execution of civil & finishing works,

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Executing and inspecting the work as per the approved drawings
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Procurement of the materials according to approved IFC drawing.
• Giving instructions and targets to the site engineers / foreman for executing the work as per approved drawings.
• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective action
