What is the Travel Ban period in Qatar for illegal stayed in visit visa

Assalamu alaikum brothers

I came in visit visa in qatar on 8th  october 2016 and my visit visa was upto 9th november 2016. I was having my return journey ticket for 9th november 2016. i came for job purpose and i was looking for job in IT sector, One of my friend has called me up on visit visa who has contact with some of the sponsor to which he issued visit visa for me. He assured me that he will find a job in this visit visa duration but unable to do so in that time period, Day started passing after 9th november 2016 i stayed illegally after 9th november 2016 till 22th November 2016. My friend kept me stayed for this exceeded days with him assuring that he will find a job for me. After 9th november 2016 it was illegal for me to stay here. My friiend told me that i dont have to worry about illegal stayings on visit visa. he told me that he will pay fine for that over stay. on 18th November 2016 he asked me to visit CID office for paying the fine for illegal stay, I went along with him to cid office, He gave me some QAtari riyals and asked me to book the ticket for your location, I asked him why i have to buy ticket for my home, He told me that you have over stayed u need to exit to ur location and comeback to qatar in work visa, I entered CID office and bought ticket for my home location and entered CID premises there was a huge queue following with several process like Finger scanning, Eyes scanning, etc.

But i was unable to gather any thing what was happpening with me. After a long process of 5 to 6 hrs i exited from CID office and met my Friend who was waiting for me out of CID office. He told me to go to your home location and he will apply for work visa. I asked him why i have to visit CID office He said it was just a formalities for over staying in qatar, I left to my home location on 22th november 2016 and after that my friend never came up on contact he just changed his number and contact details,  At last one day he called me after 5 months and i asked about my work visa for what he committed at the time of my visit. he said that i cant be able to come to qatar i asked him why what is the problem with me. he said that i overstayed in qatar in visit visa, I said to him that you one asked me to stay here illegally and later you willl pay fine for that. He admitted that he forced me to stay so that he would find some piece of job for me but was unsuccesfull, the visit visa he issued from his old sponsor was against him and quarrelled with him for making me stay illegally in qatar because visit visa was on their company name. My friend told me that his sponsor has blacklisted my name against with my passport details, I asked him why ur sponsor did to me like this he told even he dont know about that, he told me you cant come for qatar for some time,

I just wanted to know how long i would be ban for qatar, And can i apply for work visa or can i face any interview in my home location for qatar location so that i can go and work in qatar.

Could you all please suggest me how long iam banned in qatar, how will my immingration and finger scan and eye retina scanned will be cleared and my defaualter reamrk will be removed from system.
