Profession Amendment - Procedures and Requirements

Hello Everyone,

Is there anyone knows how to change the profession on your ID/Visa? I already have NOC, changing form, 3 New Contracts, CR copy, Old Contract, Passport and QID copy. Do I missed anything?

Also, where should I go to pass the requirements they said in C--ring Road but others in City Centre (Ministry of Labour office).
