Systems: ACS, CCTV, Structured Cabiling, Gate Barrier Systems, Turnstile, Hydraulic Bollards, Speed gates, Road Blocker, Structured Cabiling and Under Vehicle Intelligent Scanner systems.

Key qualifications and responsibilities for all the above Experience: -

❖     “ELV Project Engineer”

•         Project Execution, Planning, Scheduling, Project Control, at middle level management of project.

•         Responsible for that every step of the project is properly documented and executed.

•         As Per consultant/Client requirement approaching vendors/Supplier, getting quotation for as per the design and negotiation with supplier and following with management for PO process approval.

•         Preparing Estimation, quote, negotiation & proposals.

•         Prepare the BOQ, scope of work and site survey analysis.

•         Ordering the Required material as per Project contract and coordinating on daily basis with procurement team to make sure the materials are delivered on time according to project schedule.

•         Oversee timely and accurate invoicing, while effectively monitoring and managing project receivables to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

•         Designing, Estimation of the cabling and devices and panels as per design drawings.

•         Research, investigate and propose technical solutions for client’s needs.

•         Replacing the devices and controllers for upgrading the system, Troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures of ELV Systems.

•         Managed project specifications, costing, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, while consistently providing exceptional value to clients and partners through effective project management and strategic oversight.

•         Liaising with Client’s coordinator, Contractors, and Sub-contractors.

•          

•         Responsible  for  analyzing  client’s  requirements  and  provides  detailed  design  and

implementation plans.

•         Collaborate with the Engineering Project Manager to allocate resources and define individual responsibilities for each project.

•         Manage the quotation process, create comprehensive project plans, and perform detailed safety

and risk analyses to ensure successful project execution.

•         Following MOI-SSD regulations in CCTV and attending the MOI Inspections.

•         Providing all the materials on time to site to align the project milestone.

•         Preparing all Engineering submittals like, Training manual, O&M Manual, T&C and Method

Statement…. etc.

•         Managing risks and addressing issues as they arise. Perform program management to identify

impacts and implement effective mitigation strategies for critical project paths.

•         Executing the various tasks for the projects assigned to the deployment group.

•         Provide relevant solutions to the query in the shortest possible turnaround time. Ensuring the Client is not put on hold unnecessarily or for long.

•         Facilitates Project meetings team with client regularly which is to be conducted weekly and monthly.

•         Prepare progress reports (weekly, monthly, annual etc.) and update to project manager.

•         Escalating the unsolved issues with the Project Manager to discuss and resolve the issues.

•         Project resource allocation based on project requirements with coordination of Project manager.

•         Design changes in AutoCAD and prepare shop drawings and As-built drawings for approval.

•         Raising inspections for cabling, panel terminations and Final Fixes.

•         IP Configuration of ELV System such as ACS Controllers, CCTV Cameras and updating reports to Project Manager.

•         Submitting the T&C Reports to manager and clients as per the requirements.

•         Applying the work permits for T&C activities. Checking the fiber end to end connections.

•         Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per the project specifications.

•         Ensure project documentation is completely labeled, updated, and filed reportedly.

•         Manages the process of innovative change effectively.

•         Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

•         Handle delivery activities of contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company procedures.

 

❖     “ELV Project Engineer”

•         Project Execution, Planning, Scheduling, Project Control, at middle level management of project.

•         Ensure the team refers to necessary technical drawings, SLD, schematics, typical installation details, operations and maintenance manuals, procedure and work instruction when performing, repair and maintenance work.

•         Installation of MOI (Ministry of interior), Tetra Base station, Air to Air Repeater, Optical repeater unit, Cross polar antenna, Sky masts, Track line antenna, Omni antenna and Panel antenna for the signaling and coverage for all the indoor and outdoor antennas as per the Client requirements.

•         Installation of DAS,TETRA like BS418.BS421, Splitters, Couplers, Jumpers, ½” , 7/8”, 1 ¼”, 15/8” and Leaky Feeder RF cable & Connectors, Adaptors.

•         In the measurement and tools relevant for radio systems installation.

•         Measurements: e.g. DTF, VSWR, Cable Loss, Return Loss.

•         Tools: Anritsu Site master.

•         Liaising with Client’s coordinator, Contractors, and Sub-contractors.

•         To inspect and supervise the work at site, coordination with subcontractors to ensure meeting of daily target for prompt delivery of project to the client.

•         Prepare and submit work progress report, Request Form for Inspection, and approval.

•         Raising inspections for cabling, panel terminations and Final Fixes.

 

•         Facilitates Project meetings team with client regularly which is to be conducted weekly and monthly.

•         Follow up with Client for material submittals in line with approved schedule.

❖     ELV Engineer

•         Project Execution, Planning, Scheduling, Project Control, at middle level management of railway project.

•         Ensure the team refer to necessary technical drawings, schematics, operations and maintenance manuals, procedure and work instruction when performing, repair and maintenance work.

•         Installation, termination, Troubleshooting of ELV Systems.

•         To inspect and supervise the work at site, coordination with subcontractors to ensure meeting of daily target for prompt delivery of project to the client.

•         Experience in design, implementation, and testing of ELV systems.

•         Designing, Estimation of the cabling and devices and panels as per design drawings.

•         Provide all the data sheets as per client’s requirements, Providing all types of engineering disciplines.

•         Submitting the material submittal, Quotations, and payment terms to the Clients.

•         Responsible for the modification of the system like hardware and update the system software as per the given procedure.
