RESPONSIBILITIES
- Site Surveys of Jack up Rig at Port and offshore Platforms and the submission of reports to Client.
- Detailing of scope of work of supply of raw materials, cutting, dismantling, shop fabrication, Site Fabrications, offshore installation and prepare cost estimates to reach a
lump sum price, quantifications .
- Scheduling of Shop fabrication, Dismantling, Erection, Installation and Commissioning.
- Proposal and revision QAP, WPS,PQR ( as per ASME Section IX) etc and get it approved from client.
- Prepare Responsibility Matrix, schedules, Fit up reports, weld visual reportsshop spool fabrication drawings etc.
- Conduct various stage vise inspection.
- Allocate right resources ( Manpower, tools, tackles, raw materials) at right time and location.
- Coordinate with different levels of manpower daily, review DPR’s, update & monitor project progress.
- Visit Site frequently, Inspect the installed facilities with the punch points given by client.
- Coordinate with operations of End Users and Commissioning team of OEM, Perform test runs and hand over site.
- Identify client requirements from tender SOW, specs, Standards, Site Survey.
- Outsource goods such as hydraulic power packs, winches , pulleys etc. And the Negotiation with vendors, Planning and scheduling the entire cycle of the Project.
