Important Ramadan 2017 working hours
As the holy month of Ramadan is expected to start either on Friday (May 26th) or Saturday (May 27th), the working hours of ministries, hospitals, malls and restaurants will be rescheduled.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs H E Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud had issued a circular regarding ministry working hours last week.

Government Offices
Kahramaa: Open 9 am-2 pm from Sunday to Thursday
Hamad Primary Healthcare Center: 9am-2pm & 4pm-1am Sunday to Saturday. Al Gharrafa, Mesaimeer, Airport and Abu Nakhla branches open from 9am-2pm & 8pm-1am.
Ramadan mall timings in Qatar
The Mall
Saturday - Thursday, 10 am - 3 pm (with break and then) 7:30 pm - 12 am
Fridays, 7:30 pm - 12 am.
Restaurants and cafes will be open from Iftar till 12 am.
Mall of Qatar
First 15 days of Ramadan, shops will be open 10am to 3pm, and 7:30pm to midnight. Food outlets will remain open 5:30pm to 1am. Last 15 days of Ramadan, shops will be open 10am to 4pm, then 7:30pm to 1am. Food outlets will remain open from 5:30pm to 2am.
Doha Festival City
First day of Ramadan to June 10, shops will open from 10am to 3pm and 7:30pm to 1am. June 11 to the last day of Ramadan, outlets will open from 10am to 1am daily. Food outlets will open from sunset to 1am.

I went masameer immigration today 9:00 PM and It supposed to be open according to your information but was closed after waiting long time one security officer came and informed us that its open in morning only. Some other guys also came reading above above Ramadan timing but had to go back.
