NOC AFTER TERMINATION IN OPEN ENDED CONTRACT

Hi,

I need a clarification regarding my job.I am currrently working in a hospital under Open ended contract( 5 yrs).Now i have just completed my 2 years,and now they terminated me ,since the company is having problem with finance.But the company is not ready to give NOC for me.So anyone please help me ,Do i have the rights to get NOC from the previous company since they terminated in the middle of my job contract or no?
