Description

 

For the position of Project Engineer/Project Manager.                                                                                                 I worked as a Project Engineer/Project Manager and my responsibility was to provide Civil Engineering and Project management expertise and guidance in design, supervision and construction of multimillion dollar project across multiple industries. I have thorough   and demonstrated knowledge of construction, project management and contract administration.

I have strong knowledge of legislation related to the design and construction industry including   Building codes, QCS (2010 & 2014), City policies and procedures. I have extensive experience in Earned Value Management System, Change Management, Resource Management, Risk management and Schedule Network Analysis. In addition I am capable of preparing cost estimates, tender documents, technical specification, physical and financial progress reports, bid proposal and bid evaluation report. Besides I am well conversant in procurement.

I have a strong organizational ability, highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit and can work well under pressure and independently with limited supervision to meet difficult deadlines with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
