HVAC Project Engineer : 1st June 2014 to 31th March 2017

PROJECTS: AIR CONDITIONING BIOTECH PARK SCIENCE CLUSTER FARIDABAD HARYANA, BASEMENT VENTILATION BHAI VEER SINGH MARG GOLE MARKET NEW, (INDIA)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Handling the installation of Supply Air Duct, Return Air Duct, Ventilation Duct, Supply Air Fan, Axial Fan, Exhaust fan ,AHU’s (Air Handling Unit), AWU’s (Air Washer Unit), and FCU’s (Fan Coil Unit) of different capacity.
Also handling the installation of different Cassette units, Splits units, Centrifugal fans & Cooling tower and chillers.
Involved in mounting Hi-Wall split units and installation of duct able units and package units air conditioners.
Monitoring the Project Execution work.
Check the air quantity, duct sizes, grills and diffuser sizes, pipe sizes etc.
Advising planning department for changes in duct/pipe layout as per site.
Testing & commissioning of the full ac system before handing over to the client.
Inventory control in warehouse as per the future requirement of the multiple sites.
Developing new vendors.
Ensuring timely verification of measurements by customers at various sites by our representatives.
Testing, installation and fabrication of ducts.
Ensuring timely billing of projects.
Collection of Outstanding Payments.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to various problems/grievances immediately.
Check the air quantity, duct sizes, grills and diffuser sizes, pipe sizes etc.
Co-ordination with customer, PMC, consultant & architects for approval of the above.
Ensuring compliance safety/labour/ISO without fail through site teams.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Monad University (2014).
• Intermediate from GLA College (Central Board of School Education).
• Matriculation from Gyan Nike tan School (Jharkhand Board of School Education).

IT Skills
• Auto cad in Mechanical.
• All Windows Platform, MS Office, Internet-Email...
