The company terminated me when I was on vocation by phone without any official letter.

They taken my Qatar ID card before vocation as they know we'll without I'd card I can't enter Doha..

But I came to Doha wiithout Id card to ask my rigts which is cancellation of my visa and my settlement they taken my passport for cancellation purpose and they delaying my visa cancellation.i filed a case In Indian embassy . Now they are claiming that I have to clear all outstanding payments from customers as I am worked as a sales person. But they have showed on my pending list that they are not my individual customers. Those are company customers.how I can take responsibility for those payments.. Also 2 years of pending payments dead payments from clients they put into my account and they ask me clear the outstanding payments ? What should I do this case??  Employee responsiblity for pending payments??  Also I am afraid, my case running in Indian embassy is it possible to file upsconding case against me..i came to Doha on 6 the Apr 2017 and filed a case In Indian embassy 16 th April.

You can go to labor court and check your options. Dont leave without receiving your pending benefits and more importantly having your visa properly cancelled, as it could create trouble to your future in Qatar and even all over the Gulf. Dont sign any paper without considering well.
