• Configure, install and troubleshoot printers Install user software and antivirus

• Experience On Wireless Networks

• Should have knowledge on Sage Account Software for installation and troubleshooting

•Network Infrastructure LAN/WAN, Installation & Configuration,

• OS Troubleshooting, Software & Hardware Support.

• Remote User Support, Backup, and Restore of DNS and DHCP servers

•Providing Technical Support to the Employees.
