A Building Management System (BMS) or a (more recent terminology) Building Automation System (BAS) is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, fire systems, and security systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• O&M of BMS in QANAT QUARTIER through JOHNSON CONTROL’S METASYS software.
• O&M of BMS in VIVA BAHRIYA 29 through SIEMENS DESIGO INSIGHT software.
• Carrying out the inspection of works carried out by contractor in respect of the works relative to BMS field devices installations as per the approved drawings and proper quality is maintained.
• Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid flow and the application of mechanical devices used for delivery of ventilation, chilled water, hot water, and dehumidification.
• Responds to emergency and routine service calls to provide restoration of mechanical systems operation and control with a minimum of downtime.
• Provides analytical assistance on BMS information requirements to client.
• O&M of SIEMENS access control system.
• Provides technical guidance and support including set-up, operation and troubleshooting complex building automation and control systems.
• Emergency fire panel (XLS 3000 EST).
• O&M of BOSCH IP based Cameras, AV System, DVR (Camera Servers), Dome, PTZ Cameras.
• Assisting supervisor in the work and making all kinds of reports - monthly site report, condition report, completion report.
