Transfer of Working Visa Sponsorship

Hi, Qlvr's.

I would like to clarify the situation on what will be the consequences might be happened.

I didn't complete 1 year (almost 10 Months) from my previous company as they don't have project anymore and I transferred to the another company with an almost 1 Month and the transfer of sponsorship is on progress and was already submitted to immigration 1 week ago.

however, during my time in the office, there is a lot of complain due to salary delayed and I noticed that during the first week of the Month still no salary until I complain also, however, due to my complain, they gave me only a partial salary.

so I decided to stop my work in that office because there is no guarantee with the salary and requesting to cancel the transfer of sponsorship in the Immigration.

my Question is,

1. is it possible the immigration will approved the transfer even I didn't complete 1 year from my previous company?

2. if the transfer of sponsorship will be approved by the Immigration, is it possible again to cancel ? or I have to return back to that office to work up to the expiration of my ID?

3. what will be the proper procedure so that I can transfer to another company..?

4. if the cancellation will succeed, my next problem is my QID will be expired by 14 April 2017.....is there any penalty for the expired ID? and how much?

please help me guys...
