Description
- A competent professional with 8 years of extensive experience in Execution, Testing and Handling MEP installation for High Rise building, Commercial, Infrastructure and Power House projects.
- Well versed with International Standards of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IBC, ASTM, ASME and local Specifications of KAHRAMA and QCS 2010/2014.
- Experience in installation and testing of HVAC Systems (AHU, CHILLER, FCU, HRU, AHU and VRF), Firefighting Systems, and Plumbing works.
- Efficient knowledge of Project management and Quality management systems.
- Extensive experience of preparing quality and pre-construction documents for project.
- Co-ordination with design and technical department for shop drawing and calculations and finalization of materials with procurement team to meeting project milestone and deadline.
- Expertise in reviewing of construction documents of projects covering shop drawings, RFI, Method Statements, ITP and material submittals.
- Excellent communication and team building work.
