hello to all!

I want to resign on my current job but my employer will not give me noc if i find a new job. He said he will cancel my visa and i should return to my country. My 3years contract will be expired and i dont want to sign again.

Aside from Certificate of employment what paper should i need to get from them?

If i want to come back to work again in Qatar should i need to get NOC from them so that i can transfer my new visa?

please help me with this. Thank you very much.

"An expat can change jobs before his contract ends if he obtains permission from his sponsor..... "

Surely that is the same as an NOC .. If the employer refuses to give and NOC , then he would be unwilling to give permission ...

Or am I wrong ?

Do not fight with your sponsor, he is like your guardian, he gave you work, he supported you, so it is your turn to respect his decision and listen to him. ........... He knows what is good for you .......... ......

Your employer is pulling a fast one - It is his responsibility to reptaraite you. Go to the Human Rights Commission or contact MADLSA

Your best option is to not renew the contract and contact MADLSA regarding NOC and coming back

In case of resignation(old law) you will be in need of NOC from the employer. But as per new law,if you complete your full contract period, NOC may not be required. Thanks
