hi guys.

I need to know if resignation without serving notice period and instead paying them one month salary is it included allowances or just have to pay basic salary only. Let's say i want to resign, but instead of serving them notice period, if I'll pay them one month salary, do i have to pay basic only or with all the allowances like housing tpt etc etc

I know the but kindly read my post again. I mean do i need to compensate only basic or including other allowances.

By law, you are not suppose to pay your salary to your employer to compensate for the notice period. If you dont want to serve the notice period, all you can do is request your employer to waive off the notice period.
