Vision Correction

Hi, I'm 22 years old. I'm short-sighted and my vision is -3 both eyes. I'm really dissappointed of wearing glasses since i can't engage with my favorite hobby and activities. I am looking for an alternative way to correct my vision to get rid of the glasses. can you any one help me with this ? any surgery or treatment and cost ? IF anyone has done something like this ?

better to consult a doctor first because you will probably need a recommendation from a specialist to perform the operation/surgery anyways.
