Finalisation of accounts and preparation of MIS reports.
Identifying areas of budget concern and potential impact on project financial performance.
Monitoring the Actual performance, profitability and variance analysis.
Preparation of Budgets and various budgetary control reports.
Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
Checking and laying down suitable internal controls in the system.
Finalization of Inventory, Reconciliation of Creditors & Debtors ledgers.
Effective Cash Management – Monitoring the cash flow and ensuring timing schedules to maximize credit terms
Accounts Payable ( Entire process until the payment to vendors)
Banking & Trade Finance Experience: (Handling entire process of Import & Export L/Cs & Guarantees)
Bank & Cash Management including bank reconciliations.
Monitor and authorize all general contracts, subcontract agreements, change orders & purchase orders
Preparation and submission of monthly withholding tax declaration.
Finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control
Strong customer service experience and ability to work productively in team-based environments.
Liaison with external institutions (Government, Banks, Tax departments, Auditors and others) on financial & legal matters
Support the planning and execution of annual internal audit process and manage external audits
Payroll & Personnel ( Preparation and distribution of payroll , Final Settlements etc.:- )
Credit Management.
Maintain and administer effective & efficient system of internal controls using process and compliance
Ability to effectively communicate and work with colleagues at all levels across multiple locations
