6 MONTH NOC

NOC for the new Work Visa is available? i hear that no NOC for 1 year who came for work visa and should be stay with current sponsor!

but i got an offer from another company asking and saying the 6 Month NOC is available; i am able to get from my sponsor with immigration stamp.

please advice clearly for this issue.

As far as I am aware, you must spend at least one year with a sponsor before being eligible for an NOC and transfer..

You could look into the possibility of secondment fopr six months
