Description

 

• Review of shop drawings, material submittals, progress statement etc.

 

• Attending Technical meetings with Main contractor and specialist subcontractors/Suppliers.

 

• Monitoring the project progress and highlight if any deviation from the programmed schedule.

 

• Preparing progress report and review of contractor’s monthly invoice against the progress.

 

• Inspecting the materials and site activities to ensure it complies with the specification, approved drawings/material submittals and local authority’s requirements.

 

• Witnessing Testing & Commissioning of , Power systems, Lighting systems, Emergency light, central battery system, Fire alarm systems, Telephone& Data system, Lighting panels , Fire alarm panel (DGFAP)

 

• Installation of Earth pit , connection of earth strip and calculating earthing value.

 

• Inspecting HVAC installation jobs.
