Hi guys.

How are you all. I need to know what could be the consequences of going on emergency and not coming back. It's just to avoid notice period of one month. I have got a job here and been working for 4.5 months. But the employer is a terrible company. My probation is 6 months which is going to finish in April. Kindly post some suggestions.

Thanks

Your company may file a case and list you as an 'absconder' ... which in turn may put you on an immigration black list ...

The simple consequence is that you will not be able to return for at least two years
