Hello everyone I want to get a job in management side but have no experience.

I'm currently working in an international school as specialized teacher.I'm interested to get the job as an assistant HR but my qualification doesn't match nor experience. Kindly advice.

From how many years r u working in this field?

As I am planning to do job in teaching field so what will be basic salary of b.com + b.ed qualification teachers and what about extra allowances like housing and transportation.

As I am here on my husband visa.

Any help will be appreciate.
