- Check BOQ, tender circulars, Project and local authorities Specification (QCS/Kahraama/ Ashgal /Qtel/QCDD/WOQOD) & IFC drawing and Preparing packages for procurement
- Vendor analysis reports (Techno-Commercial evaluation)
- Preparation and negotiation of subcontract documents and accounts
- Material submittal preparation.
- Evaluation & Certification of Sub-Contractors Payments
- Budgets, cost planning and financial reporting
