Contracts signed before new labour law.

Hi guys.
What is the difference between contracts signed before few months (for example in the month of October 2016) of the new labor law which changed on 13th December2016. Are these contracts be taken as per new law or not. And if not, is the 2 yr ban applicable or what?
Kindly comment.
New law is not applicable to contracts signed before 15th Dec 2016 . 2 years ban will be applied to those contracts.
