How long does the blacklist in MOI system becomes cleared?
By patrice_bernice •
For somebody who was blacklisted due to bank loan but has already paid, how long does it take for the MOI system to be updated? Checking with the Capital Police and Provisions Department in Equestrian Round About, he is already cleared from the black list. However, upon checking with the MOI, his name is still on blacklist. If the person has another case, he wouldn't have been cleared by the Provisions Department. However, MOI system shows otherwise. Would appreciate advice. Thanks.
Do not go up to the regular counter people asking for their help. Most either seem clueless or do not want to assist if someone doesn't have higher authority backing up their claim. They will send you in circles around the departments in Doha. Instead, asking the police guards to speak directly to the Captain on duty would really help speed things along. But be sure to have proofs from the other departments ready, or the Cap'n may feel you are wasting his time (along with the 100s of other people that day). If proof is not ready, he will send you out for it or to the regular counter people and out of his hair (if applicable).
MOI has very little to do with any credit bureaus. MOI is holding OP's data as still banned, this is what she is saying. She is asking for advice on how to proceed to clear MOI's faulty data, when all of the other relevant departments seem to show as already cleared. Perhaps taking documents from those other departments to MOI will help?
If you mean the credit system (credit bureau), it will normally remain for 7 years as far as I know. You can check with credit bureau.
