Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling all financial and accounting matters.
- Preparing Sales & Purchase Invoices and Reporting Daily, Monthly Outstanding.
- Preparation of Sales and Purchase Returns.
- Preparing Payment Processing Documentations (A/C Payables).
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Preparing Statement of Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables.
- Physical Checking of Stock.
- Preparing Inventory Report and Stock Movement.
- Maintaining Banking Transaction and Post Dated Cheques.
- Preparation of Trial Balance, Trading, Profit and Loss a/c, and Balance Sheet.
- Preparation of Purchase Order, Delivery Note and Invoice
- Review daily cash sales according to the collected money and prepare daily Sales Report.
- Providing various Reports to General Manager and other Managers regarding the status of Stock, Sales and purchase.
- Office Administration and Data entry.
- Generation of Day Book, Bank Book, Ledger, Sales Register, Journal, Payment Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers, Debit Note and Credit Note.
- Stock Transfer from one branch to another.
- Maintain and verification of Petty cash with supporting document.
